Shipping & Returns

General Terms: 

At Whimsical Garden Art, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to ensuring you receive your items in perfect condition. By using whimsicalgardenart.com, all buyers are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted this policy.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

• Buyers may request to cancel an order before it is shipped via:

• All cancellations are subject to approval by Whimsical Garden Art.
• Approved cancellations may incur a restocking and repacking fee of up to 35% of the total order price, deducted from the refund.
• Refunds for approved cancellations will be issued within 5 banking days from the buyer’s agreement to the cancellation and any fees.
• Once the order is marked as shipped, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

2. Shipping Delays

If an order cannot be shipped within 14 days due to stock shortages or other unforeseen conditions, Whimsical Garden Art will contact the buyer with the following options:

1. Refund Option – Full refund within 5 banking days.
2. Keep Order Active – Extend fulfillment for an additional 14 days.
3. If the order is still unfulfilled after 24 days from the original order date, it will be automatically canceled, and the payment fully refunded within 5 banking days.

3. Eligibility for Returns (After Delivery)

• Returns are accepted within 20 days of delivery only for:
  • Incorrect Item Received
  • Damaged Item

Note: Returns are not accepted for personal preference (e.g., change of mind).

4. Goods Returned in Transit

• If a package is returned during transit, the buyer must submit a request for refund or redelivery within 20 days of shipment status via:

• Refunds: Processed within 5 banking days of request.
• Redelivery: Initiated within 14 days of request.
• Important: No refund or reshipment will be issued if tracking shows the order was delivered.

5. Wrong Shipping Information

• Buyers providing incorrect shipping information should contact us via:

• Corrections or cancellations are not guaranteed.
• If the order has shipped, buyers must contact the logistics company.
• If goods are delivered to the wrong recipient:
  • Buyer may return items at their own expense.
  • Whimsical Garden Art will refund within 5 banking days of receiving the returned goods, or begin redelivery within 14 days.
  • Buyer pays any additional redelivery fees.

• If the order cannot be corrected or returned, the buyer bears the loss.

6. Goods Destroyed in Transit

• If goods are destroyed in transit and the buyer provides proof (e.g., logistics screenshot), Whimsical Garden Art will:
  • Refund within 5 banking days of the request, or
  • Redeliver within 14 days of the request.

• Required submission materials:
  1. Photos or videos proving damage.
  2. Proof of dispute/complaint, including sender name, date, and content (PayPal, email, or other).
  3. Return of products if requested by the Dispute Team.

• Refund, resend, or return will only be processed if the above steps are followed.

7. Return Process

• Submit requests via:

• Include: Name, order number, issue description, photos/videos, and delivery date.
• Our team will respond within 3–5 days.
• If approved, instructions for return or replacement will be provided within 7 days.
• Items should be returned in original packaging whenever possible.

8. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected (if applicable).
• Refunds due to cancellations, shipping delays, returned-in-transit goods, destroyed goods, or incorrect shipping info will be processed within 5 banking days.

9. Other / Exceptional Circumstances

• For holidays, COVID-19, abnormal weather, or other extraordinary events, buyers should contact:

• Whimsical Garden Art will respond within two weeks.
• Note: The company is not responsible for damage or delay caused by acts of God or other uncontrollable events (epidemics, international issues, strikes, war, natural disasters, customs inspections).

10. Buyer Responsibility for After-Sale Disputes

• If a buyer is unsatisfied with the solution provided for after-sale issues, it is the buyer’s responsibility to open a dispute via:

• This allows Whimsical Garden Art to properly address and resolve the after-sale issue in a timely manner.

11. Policy Updates

• Whimsical Garden Art reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
• Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
